UPCOMING EVENTS
Our events, field trips, and clubs are open to any homeschool family in our community. Links to individual events, clubs, and field trips are listed below. If there is a fee involved, payment may be made on the Payments tab above. For things that require a fee of some kind, registration is not considered complete until payment is received.
Our events, clubs, and field trips are parent-led and organized. If you are interested in scheduling and leading an event, club, or field trip, please contact Christena Mancino at christena.mancino@cc-ea.org.
End of Year Carnival
Monday, May 19th 12-2pm in the CCEA Gym
Open to all homeschoolers :) Come celebrate the end of the school year with us!
Summer Kick-off Picnic & OC Zoo
Friday, May 23rd 11am-4pm Irvine Park
Come join us at Irvine Park! Bring your own picnic lunch and we will meet by the OC Zoo at 11am to eat together and then go into the Zoo! The park does charge a small parking fee, and the zoo costs about $2 per person.
Adventure Playground
Tuesday, June 17th 10am-3pm Adventure Playground (Hurless Barton Park) (4601 Casa Loma Ave., Yorba Linda, CA 92886)
Bring water gear for the splash pad, pack lunch or snacks, and join us for a sweet day of fellowship. Chess boards and other games are also welcome! We could even have a chess tournament for those who want to participate!
End of Summer Family Movie Night

Come join us at CCEA for a fun family movie night! More info and sign ups will be sent out as this gets closer!
Promotion & Graduation
Monday, May 19th 6-8pm in the CCEA Sanctuary
The ceremony will be in the Sanctuary for Kindergarten, 6th, 8th, and 12th grades. Light reception immediately following in the Courtyard. Come celebrate our students marking these milestones!
Homeschool Beach Day
Thursday, June 12th 11am Bolsa Chica Stage Beach (17851 Pacific Coast Hwy, Huntington Bch, CA 92648)
Come hang out at Bolsa Chica State Beach! Parking is $15 for the day, or you can grab a state park parking pass from any OC library for free (be sure to pick up a week or so prior as there's sometimes a wait list) -- park next to the snack bar "Seasalt BeachSide Burger". There are bonfire pits if you want to cook your own food. It is a wave beach, and we will be located near the snack bar and restrooms, and basketball courts aren't far. Darika Castaneda will be leading this event.
Adventure Playground
Tuesday, August 12th 10am-12pm - Lego Day in the CCEA Gym
Join us for a day of Legos! Each student will have their own zone to play with their own Legos they bring from home.
